Copy #16 of 26 numbered copies signed by the author and the artist. An unusual collaboration: the two shared an interest in the cave art of the Upper Paleolithic period as well as other interests, including the poetry of Pablo Neruda, and they developed a correspondence that included not only letters but images and art.
