A Childhood: The Biography of a Place
NY, Harper & Row, (1978). A highly praised memoir that has become something of a classic, and has since been issued in a number of different editions, rarely going out of print. For all that Crews was most noted, and most flamboyant, as a novelist, it is interesting and even a bit ironic that this nonfiction volume should be the book of his that has had the most "legs," as they say. Mild foredge foxing; else fine in a fine dust jacket. [#019446] SOLD
