NY, Harcourt Brace, (1947). Later printing of Lowell's first book, winner of the 1947 Pulitzer Prize for Poetry. Inscribed by Robert Duncan to poet Landis Everson in 1948. Name ("Everson") on front pastedown; dampstained lower board edges; very good in a good, dampstained dust jacket with modest rubbing and edge creasing. A nice association. [#020396] $200
Cleveland/NY, Meridian/World, (1966). Later printing. An author's copy, as declared on the half title: "This book belongs to Robert Lowell (Cal)." Additionally signed by Lowell upside down on the last page, and beneath that, afterwards, inscribed by Lowell, "To Robin with all my love," and with an arrow indicating from Lowell. And, from the library of James Tate. Paperback: rubbed covers; very good. A unique copy of this paperback edition that reprints two of Lowell's early collections. [#033289] $125
NY, Farrar Straus Giroux, (1967). Very Good in Good DJ. 3" closed tear to front of DJ. [#705963] $20
