Diana. A Strange Autobiography
NY, Citadel Press, (1939). Pseudonymously published lesbian autobiography, the "first explicitly lesbian autobiography where the two women end up happily together," according to author Lillian Faderman. Published with an introduction by Victor Robinson, M.D. Rummell's identity was revealed seven decades after the book's publication in an episode of PBS's "History Detectives."
