The Peacock's Tail
NY, McGraw-Hill, (1965). A specially-bound author's copy of his third book. Three quarter leather, five raised bands, gilt stamped, marbled endpapers, inscribed by Hoagland to his mother: "For Mother with love from Ted." Two bookplates and a book review tipped in, presumably by Hoagland's mother. A bit of mottling to the boards; near fine, without dust jacket, presumably as issued. In all likelihood, a unique copy, created for the author by his publisher. From the author's library. [#033462] SOLD
