The program is near fine in stapled wrappers, with Biegert's address written on the front in Matthiessen's hand, along with "Contact: K. Vonn/ John I./ Robt Hughes/ W. Merwin" -- presumably referring to Kurt Vonnegut, John Irving, Robert Hughes, and W.S.
