Not set in Vietnam, but a Vietnam-era novel of the military and the kinds of issues raised by the war. The author served in U.S. Army intelligence from 1965-1968, at the height of the war. Inscribed by the author: "For ___, With thanks for your help on this book, and for the good talk, good meals, etc." Dated February, 1971. Near fine in a very good dust jacket.
