Prints O'Brien's four stanza (five page) poem, "The Balance of Power," ["...The balance of power,/ our own,/ the world's/ Grows ever fragile."], an excerpt from O'Brien's work-in-progress at the time, which appears, much changed, in Chapter 4 of the finished novel, The Nuclear Age.
