There was also a Franklin Library edition, which preceded the publisher's editions -- and was, in effect, a subscription book club edition -- and a signed limited edition of 795 copies produced by the Book of the Month Club, but this edition is the scarcest of them and, by virtue of being the publisher's limited edition, the most desirable.
